Baby Bottle Project

Our year-round Baby Bottle Project enables the whole family to participate in helping The Women’s Centers of Greater Chicagoland’s pro-life mission. Empty baby bottles are dispersed at local parishes and schools for families and students to bring home and collect their spare change to help fund the work that we do. At the same time, participants pray for women and children who are vulnerable to abortion. This project is a wonderful way for the community to show its support for life and for children to learn the beauty of giving to help others. This year we also have the option to give a baby bottle online! Contact us to participate.

Other Upcoming Events:

Christmas Wreath Sale

During the Christmas season, The Women’s Centers of Greater Chicagoland sponsors a sale of holiday wreaths and centerpieces throughout Chicago and suburban parishes. Purchase these  as gifts for family, friends, and neighbors. Check to see if your local parish or church participates, or contact us if you are interested in participating.

Life Banquet

Each year, we hold our annual Life Banquet at a prominent local venue to bring together donors, supporters, staff, and volunteers to celebrate their work and our life-saving mission, while raising necessary funds to support our mission. Lunch is served followed by a Silent Auction. Each year, a different pro-life guest speaker is featured.

Mother’s Day Flower Sale

On Mother’s Day, The Women’s Centers of Greater Chicagoland sells flowers in the vestibules of local Chicago and suburban parishes before and after Mass. Please contact your parish, church, or The Women’s Centers of Greater Chicagoland to inquire about participation.

Yard Sale

At our annual yard sale we sell items that have come in from donations but which cannot be used in the Family Room or offered to our clients. This year’s yard sale will take place in front of our Cicero office in the Spring.

Step up for Life 5K

Our annual walk for Life went virtual this year! Teams participated from a distance- walking, running or biking from anywhere. The Women’s Center live-streamed a mass from St. Jude’s chapel to kick-off the event. We exceeded our $50,000 goal thanks to the help of our amazing participants! We would like to thank our staff, volunteers, walkers, and sponsors for making this inaugural virtual event such a success!
